Man escapes Winnipeg home after robbery, suspects take off in stolen vehicle: police
Winnipeg police are investigating a robbery that occurred in the city's West End on Wednesday night.
According to police, a man was inside his home on the 500 block of Maryland Street at around 9:30 p.m. when three suspects broke in.
The suspects allegedly assaulted the man and stole several items from the home, including his wallet, phone, and car keys.
The man was able to escape the home and call police. He was taken to hospital in stable condition.
The suspects fled the scene in the victim's stolen vehicle, a white 2017 Hyundai Elantra with Manitoba licence plate GZJ 962
