Changes in the Management Board of Lübeck Kelber AG

Lübeck Kelber AG announced today that Steffen Schaack, a member of the Management Board since 2017 and responsible for the Containerboard Business Unit, is leaving the company. The Supervisory Board has terminated his contract prematurely, effective March 31, 2023.

The reasons for Steffen Schaack's departure are divergent views on the direction of the company and the group strategy.

The Supervisory Board thanks Steffen Schaack for his many years of service and wishes him all the best for the future.

Until further notice, the tasks previously performed by Steffen Schaack will be taken over by the other members of the Management Board.
