Thieves made off with a variety of items from the former site of a stationery manufacturer

The Kyffhäuserkreis police are investigating a break-in at a vacant commercial building in Sondershausen. According to police, the incident occurred sometime between Saturday evening and Monday morning at the former site of the stationery manufacturer Pelikan.

Thieves broke into the building and stole a variety of items, including office equipment, furniture, and tools. The total value of the stolen property is still being determined.

The building has been vacant for several years and has been the target of vandalism in the past. Police are asking anyone with information about the break-in to contact them.
