The hit Netflix series Cobra Kai is returning for a fourth season on December 31st, 2021. The new season promises more action, drama, and guest stars than ever before. Here's a recap of what happened in Season 3 and what we can expect in Season 4.
Season 3 Recap
In Season 3, Cobra Kai reopened its doors under the leadership of Terry Silver (Thomas Ian Griffith). Silver quickly recruited a new group of students, including Kenny Payne (Dallas Dupree Young), and began training them in his ruthless style of karate. Meanwhile, Daniel LaRusso (Ralph Macchio) and Johnny Lawrence (William Zabka) teamed up to form a new dojo, Miyagi-Do Karate. The two dojos eventually faced off in a tournament, which Cobra Kai won.
Season 4 Preview
Season 4 will pick up where Season 3 left off, with Cobra Kai victorious and Miyagi-Do Karate in shambles. Daniel and Johnny will have to find a way to rebuild their dojo and defeat Cobra Kai once and for all. They will also be joined by a new ally, Alicia Hannah-Kim (Isabel May), a former Cobra Kai student who has turned against Silver.
In addition to the returning cast, Season 4 will also feature a number of guest stars, including former Karate Kid star Martin Kove as John Kreese. Kove will reprise his role as Kreese, who was revealed to be Silver's sensei in Season 3.
